1.1 Delivery Areas & Timeframes

  • We deliver throughout South Africa via reputable courier services.
  • Standard delivery timeframes range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Rural and outlying areas may require additional time for delivery.

 

1.2 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Orders over R1,000 qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa.

 

1.3 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

1.4 Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at fleuraccounts@hiltoncollege.com.
  • We will liaise with our courier partner to resolve any delivery issues.

 

1.5 International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

  1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

2.1 Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Items such as personalized or custom-made memorabilia cannot be returned unless defective.

 

2.2 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

 

2.3 Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fleuraccounts@hiltoncollege.com.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

 

2.4 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
