Annually since 1902, The Hiltonian has provided a record of every year in the life of our great school.
Loss, resilience, and renewal in 2024
2024 was marked by deep loss with the passing of two Grade 8 boys, profoundly affecting families and peers. Yet, community bonds strengthened, especially among the Class of 2028. The Draper-Gain Performance and Wellness Centre’s opening brought great value, highlighting the school’s resilience and privilege of shared custodianship.
A year of outstanding achievement
The year 2023 was another outstanding one in the history of our school. Not only did our boys do us proud on the playing fields in various sporting codes, they also achieved the best matric results in more than 20 years.
Celebrating 150 years: A legacy of excellence
In its 150th year, Hilton College celebrates a rich legacy. Tremendous academic and sporting achievements, the Chamberlain Music Centre, and a thriving spirit define Hilton’s extraordinary journey.
Continued restrictions and small victories
We live in a fast-changing world with a significant number of new experiences thrust upon us. Boys growing up at this time in history will be ready for this type of world, in a large part due to the excellent tuition and guidance they receive from a dedicated and competent staff.
