Skills for the 4th Industrial Revolution

We know that robots may help us get to where we want to be faster, but they can’t be as creative as humans (yet). Similarly, emotional intelligence is set to be one of the primary skills used by all industry leaders and influencers. The 4th Industrial Revolution is different from the previous three eras in that instead of being marked by technological advances, it is concerned with advances in communication and connectivity; technologies with the potential to connect billions more people to the web, significantly enhancing business efficiencies, regenerating environments and improving asset management techniques.
