The party’s not over

25 August Gauteng-based parents of Hilton boys (past, present and future), save the date! Join us for an evening of wine tasting and dinner at Glenda’s in Sandton. Watch this space for details.
26 August KZN-based Old Hiltonians, we have a date! Come and meet old boy and mayor of uMngeni municipality Chris Pappas, at the Kloof Country Club. R50 pp (pay at the door).  Doors open at 4pm.
23rd-25th September The Hilton Arts Festival is back! We are thrilled to be hosting this wonderful event after a two-year pandemic-imposed postponement. Make your travel arrangements and book accommodation ASAP to avoid disappointment. https://hiltoncollege.com/contact-us/travel-accommodation/
3rd-5th November Save the date. 150th weekend for Old Hiltonians, parents and friends of Hilton. Take part in eight-a-side cricket or golf (one four-ball per year group of old boys) and enjoy HC v MHS boys sports. Not to be missed! Details will be communicated in due course.

150th Events

Over the course of our celebratory week, from 24 April to 2 May, thousands of Old Hiltonians, boys, parents, past parents, staff and friends of Hilton flocked to our school to participate in a host of exciting events.

24th-29th April Our school drama production, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, was seen by 2500 people. Six of the seven shows were sold out.
27th-29th April More than 100 visitors took part in guided walking tours of the campus and many stayed for lunch in the dining hall.
  28th April More than 30 year group reunions were held.

The Vula Programme celebrated its 21st birthday with the opening of Vula Lodge 2.

We hosted 550 guests at our Black & White African Night Gala Dinner 1.

  29th April About 80 people joined us for the Benefactors’ Breakfast

A Black & White African Night Gala Dinner 2 sold out in under 10 minutes. Based on the number of bubbles consumed, a good time was had by all.

  30th April About 10 000 people came out in support of the Hilton v Michaelhouse 150th winter fixtures, which was followed by a fantastically fun Festival of Friends evening of live music and catching up.
  1st May Our Estate Day was well attended and the weather played along beautifully.
